Hello, thank you for choosing Ecloud service platform to provide you
with a full range of international logistics services. In order to
improve and standardize the quality of service to customers, and to
provide the best international logistics services, we hereby inform
you
as follows:
1. Before entering the platform, customers need to sign a relevant and
legally effective "Entrustment-Agency Contract" with our company. The
"Entrustment-Agency Contract" clarifies the responsibilities,
interests, rights, and services of both parties scope.
2. The customer booking instruction should be issued by a special
person (designated person in charge) and sent to our company in
written form. The order can be sent by email or platform. The booking
power of attorney must be signed by the designated person in charge or
stamped with the customer unit. Official seal, when using the email
form, the customer should use the designated email address to write
the instruction and send it to the designated email address of our
project customer service personnel; or Ecloud service will send it to
the designated customer email address for confirmation. In order to
ensure that the incoming and outgoing information from customers is
timely and accurate, please contact the designated contact person of
our company and your project.
3. In order to reasonably reserve positions and prepare goods in
advance, the customer should issue the delivery order at least 1
working day in advance (before 18:00 on Fridays on weekends); and ask
our staff for the warehouse address, so as to arrange delivery to me
The company corresponds to the export warehouse.
4. Our platform does not entrust any of our personnel to collect cash
and property from customers. If you have any questions, please call

the loss caused.
Note: The above matters will take effect after being notified in
writing, and the company reserves the right of final interpretation.
